Offers Pending (Not Yet Credited) Information

Some people write me about offers that they have completed that have not yet been credited to them--here is my response:

1. I have no control over when and if the offers are credited, unfortunately. I DO want everyone to get their money (if you don't get paid, neither do I!).

2. Some offers take a week or two (or in rare cases, even longer) to get credited to a user's account. Please be patient.

3. This is how it works. I run offers through advertising networks that feature a variety of advertisers. I work with the networks--they in turn work with each individual advertiser. When you complete an offer, it goes to the advertiser, and it is in the advertiser's hands. The advertiser credits the advertising network for offers completed, and the advertising network credits me when they receive notice of an offer completed on mybonusbucks.com.

4. If you have not been credited, I will try to contact the advertising network to see if they can work to get you credit. DO NOT contact the advertiser directly as this action may jeopardize your chances of receiving credit at all. You must be currently participating in the offer you are requesting credit for, or you will definitely not be credited by the advertiser.

5. The advertising networks will only contact the advertisers to attempt to get credit for completed but non-credited offers that are "paid" offers. Advertisers unfortunately don't work to get credit for free offers, even though you may have completed them and all the requirements.

6. If the advertising network does not credit for an offer, it is out of my hands. I want you to get paid, but I cannot pay for offers not credited, unfortunately. I cannot reimburse you for time spent on free offers either. Otherwise the site would go bankrupt, which would not be good for you or for me!
